FARL is a community irish bar built around good drinks, good music, and good company. The name FARL comes from the Celtic word meaning “fourths” or “quarters,” traditionally referring to something shared. In that spirit, we are keep 4 irish stouts on offer behind the bar, in additional to all your other favourite drinks.

We’re proud to be a community-focused pub, and we do our best to keep things welcoming and accessible. That means keeping bar prices fair and making sure our gigs and events stay affordable, so everyone can enjoy what’s happening here.

 

Music and culture are at the heart of FARL. Check out our Gigs and Events pages to see what’s coming up — from Irish Folk Sessions to experimental music nights, and our relaxed Sunday sessions. We also host cultural, Arts and literature events and occasional themed nights throughout the year.
